Four of my most beloved morning prayers. You may join me if your like…

The Prayer of St. Francis

Lord, make me an instrument of your peace.
Where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury, pardon;
where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
and where there is sadness, joy.

O Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek
to be consoled as to console;
to be understood as to understand;
to be loved as to love.
For it is in giving that we receive;
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned;
and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life. Amen

The Metta Prayer of Loving Kindness and Compassion

May all beings be peaceful.
May all beings be happy.
May all beings be safe.
May all beings awaken to the light of their true nature.
May all beings be free.

The Prayer of the Beloved Vow I took long ago, The Boddhisattva Vow…

As long as space endures,
As long as sentient beings remain,
Until then, may I too remain and dispel the miseries of the world.

And finally the words of Julian of Norwich from the 11th century. I say them very often all day long…

“All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.”

This is a mantra for me I pray over and over all throughout the day and indeed, all is well.

My blessings and love to all of you, dear readers. We are together in spirit, always…

Go in peace, know that you are loved, know that all shall be well, greet each day with love in your heart and a smile on your lips and you will help heal this glorious world of ours in more ways than you could ever know. Blessings one and all…
