I am Maitri Libellule, a 66 year old, agoraphobic woman who has had lifelong mental health struggles but who has finally found a beautiful, peaceful, happy, fulfilling life through art and the creation of Maisie’s World. Maisie is my alter-ego and her dog Daisy is my little Molly’s alter ego. Molly is a wee girl, a one-eyed “chigi” which is a chihuahua corgi mix. This channel will be dedicated to sharing thoughts, feelings and experiences of Maisie & Daisy & Molly & I as we live our life here at Dragonfly Cottage and make art and create a joyful, colorful life, as well as my graphic memoir, Maisie’s World, and help you begin or reclaim your art and dreams. It is never too late to find or recover your dreams, you can modify them, fall in love with them, and achieve things you never imagined you could in your present life, just as it is right now.
